O noso Valentín

Abstract

This paper goes through several aspects of Valentín Paz-Andrade’s biography. Recalling an important amount of anecdotes about his personality, it points out a number of facts related to Paz-Andrade’s work as a lawyer, his knowledge in economics and his enduring political commitment. The paper finally evaluates his views on the relationship between Galician language and the so-called lusofonía.
