Abstract

María Victoria Moreno was not a commonplace teacher or writer. Like García Lorca, who she studied and admired, Galicia had a profound and genuine impact upon her, principally through love and the land itself, which would condition her cutaneous and sensory perception that is imbued in all her production in Galician. Biography and creative writing are inextricably linked for her, who regards life and artistic work as a journey through the world whose purpose is to do good. Such a worldview, anagnorisis or recognition is substantiated in a series of key concepts or words that traverse her poetry and prose.
